Step 2: We schedule a free on-site consultation at a time that works for you. Most consultations happen within a few days of your first contact.
Step 3: We come out to your property, walk the space with you, listen to what you want, and ask the questions we need to put together a real proposal.
Step 4: We send you a specific, itemized quote. Not a starting range. A number that covers the full scope of the project.
Step 5: You decide. No pressure. No follow-up calls if you need time. When you are ready to move forward, we are ready to build.

You do not need to have everything figured out before you call. That is what the consultation is for. But if you want to make the most of the conversation, it helps to have a general sense of:
- Where on your property you are thinking about building
- How you want to use the space — cooking, entertaining, a combination
- Any appliances or features you know you want included
- A general sense of your budget, even if it is a wide range
If you have inspiration photos, measurements, or HOA guidelines that apply to your property, feel free to bring those to the consultation. The more context we have, the better the design we can put together for you.
